Taylor Gude – Broker
I grew up in Plattsmouth, NE and currently live in Nebraska City, NE with my husband and our four children. I have a bachelor’s degree in education and enjoy fusing my passion for education with my desire to help individuals in rural communities achieve their home goals. I recognize that serving those in small-town communities is a unique opportunity and take great care to provide the best service possible. I currently sit on the board of the Nemaha Valley Board of Realtors as the acting Treasurer and enjoy participating in several other professional organizations in our community.

Cindy McGinnis – Agent
Cindy has wide-ranging knowledge of the real estate industry; stemming from her beginnings in lending and spanning nearly three-decades of service as an agent. Her professional accomplishments include being on multiple professional boards and committees, including serving as President for the Nemaha Valley Board of Realtors and acting as closer and transaction agent of Home Real Estate in Nebraska City, allowing her to be involved in every transaction and acquiring a wealth of knowledge, which she uses to assist her clients. Cindy is also an avid volunteer in our community. She maintains a busy schedule, working with her husband and sons on their families farming operation and spending as much time as she can with her beautiful granddaughters. Cindy loves providing substantive education for first-time home buyers, but is well equipped to handle transactions in land, single-family homes, commercial, and investment properties.

Maureen Gygi – Agent
Maureen’s involvement in real estate began during her nursing career when she took part developing and improving properties for investors. This passion continued to serve Maureen as she moved around the United States as part of a military family. Her family put down roots in Nebraska City after falling-in-love with the small-town charm. Maureen and her husband continue to serve our community in multiple facets, personally and professionally. Maureen has served on the Nemaha Valley Board of Realors, along with sitting on the chair for ethics committee and professional standards for the Nebraska Board of Realtors.

Tom Farrell – Associate Broker
Tom has served Nebraska City and the surrounding communities in multiple capacities in his professional career. Tom is dually licensed in Iowa and Nebraska real estate and is a licensed insurance agent in Nebraska. He has sat on numerous boards including: Nebraska City Chamber of Commerce Board, Nebraska City Public School Board, Church Board officer and treasurer. He has also been the recipient of many awards that acknowledge his dedication to our community. Tom laid the groundwork for a reputation of integrity and serving clients ahead of self.

Scott Miller – Agent
Scott has been a licensed Realtor since 1991. He grew up in Nebraska City and after attending UNL, began working for the family business Miller-Monroe-Farrell Insurance and Home Real Estate. Scott has sat on the board for various professional organizations including: Nebraska City Chamber of Commerce, Nebraska City Baseball Association, Knights of Columbus, and IIAN. Scott is also a licensed insurance agent with Miller Farrell Insurance Agency in Nebraska City.
